Sweet kefir (also known as “Snezhok” ) has been produced in USSR since 1970s of the 20th century. It contains all the useful features of kefir. It gets a special flavour, which is different to a regular one, as a result of adding coconut syrup. Despite the “sweet” flavour, sweet kefir contains a minimum amount of sugar.
